Senior Oral Care Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oral Care Consultant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our oral care team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with dental professionals, driving recommendation and endorsement for our product portfolio, and providing input on developments in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Visit dental offices to build relationships with dental professionals and drive recommendation and endorsement for our product portfolio.
- Manage a team of Oral Care Consultants, coordinating tasks and providing feedback and coaching to ensure high performance.
- Act as a spokesperson for colleagues in the office, providing input on developments in the field and opportunities for growth.
- Attend conferences, symposia, and other events to provide technical product information and support.
- Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system, summarizing visits, key points of conversation, and feedback on our products.
- Engage dental practices and hygienist practices on our webshop, where samples and supporting materials can be ordered.
- Optimistic and hands-on approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proven track record of performance working in-field or field service experience with healthcare professionals, preferably in dentistry or pharmacy.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, both in 1:1 and group settings, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts.
