Poultry Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Poultry Expert to join our team at Nutreco. As a key member of our Poultry Team Benelux, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our specialized portfolio of nutritional animal health products in the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share in the poultry sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including on-farm distributors, veterinary practices, and poultry farmers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the agricultural/poultry industry with a strong commercial background.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and preferably German and/or French.
