Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Logistics E-Commerce Platform Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational performance of our last-mile delivery partners across the globe.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Incident management: managing and resolving unplanned events and issues in our global delivery processes
- Operational process optimization: working with internal departments and global delivery partners to achieve quality at the lowest cost
- KPI monitoring: tracking and improving operational performance using practical sets of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
You will also focus on building relationships with top-notch last-mile delivery partners and act as a specialist regarding international operational processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an international logistics or e-commerce environment with many cultural differences
- Good knowledge of the global e-commerce markets, e-commerce customers, and retail products
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with international e-commerce partners
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
A proficiency in another European language is considered a plus.
Salary and Benefits
This position comes with a salary between € 3,252,- and € 4,927,- gross monthly based on your background and level. You can use flexible working hours to determine an optimal work-life balance, and you will have opportunities to follow training programs and grow into other positions or departments.
We offer a hybrid way of working, enabling you to partly work from home (max. 50%) and from our office head office, just a short walk from station Den Haag – Hollands Spoor. You will also have access to discounts on holidays, events, and products.
