We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics and Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Meta Carriere.

About the Role

In this role, you will engage in strategic planning and account management to enhance service levels and boost customer satisfaction, thus driving increased revenue. Your responsibilities include planning and managing transport logistics and serving as the primary contact for both employees and employers. Additionally, you will work closely with recruiters to support the recruitment process, ensuring the seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize transportation processes
  • Manage relationships with employees and employers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with recruiters to streamline the recruitment process and onboard new hires efficiently
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics and recruitment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in strategic planning or a related field
  • Experience working with recruiters and managing recruitment processes
  • A driver's license (Class B)
  • Proficiency in English and at least one Eastern European language
  • Educational background at HBO level or equivalent thinking level
  • Strong proficiency in communication and ability to effectively use job-related software
Nice to Have

The following skills would be beneficial but are not required:

  • Proficiency in the Dutch language
  • Experience with management tools
  • Knowledge about cars, beneficial for transport planning and logistics management
