Logistics Product Manager NEC: Unlocking Supply Chain Growth

The Regional Lead Logistics Product Manager NEC plays a vital role in driving growth by identifying market trends, seizing opportunities with Sales, and understanding customer needs deeply. With a strong focus on execution, this individual will own the implementation of NEC Lead Logistics Product (LLP) initiatives and strategy within the Area, promoting collaboration across existing products, delivery, and sales.

This role requires a proven track record of success in Supply Chain management, preferably with experience in various vertical industries such as Retail & lifestyle, Automotive, FMCG, or Technology. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SCM and 4PL, with significant international Supply Chain experience and a deep understanding of strategic leverage across client businesses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales activities within the targeted LLP account portfolio, ensuring compliance with commercial standards.
  • Acting as a liaison between sales, solutions, and operational teams to deliver robust Value Propositions and drive results from Key Clients.
  • Promoting and advocating for the LLP product internally and externally, fostering growth and innovation within the sales process.
  • Collaborating with customers and the sales team to design tailored logistics solutions, leveraging expertise in supply chain and 4PL.
  • Actively monitoring and managing 4PL partners to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing strategic guidance to the regional logistics team, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to delivering margin growth to meet Area ambitions and PNL. A salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, reflects the company's investment in attracting top talent.
