About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Minutes Secretary to join our team at Emma Handson. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for taking accurate and detailed minutes of our meetings, ensuring that all important information is captured and recorded.
Your Day
As a Meeting Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our meetings, including preparing meeting materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring that all attendees are aware of the meeting details.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues.

Emma Handson is a fast-growing, service-oriented organization that provides secretarial assistance to our corporate clients on a flexible basis. We offer a range of services, including management support, project assistance, consultancy, recruitment, transcription, text editing, and taking minutes.
