Global Category Senior Buyer Capex Packaging Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Category Senior Buyer for our Capex Packaging team. As a key member of our End-to-End Packaging & Manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for managing a significant portion of our global Capex spend.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Capex packaging sourcing strategy to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts with key suppliers and manage the procurement process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to ensure alignment on packaging technologies and materials.
- Identify and implement innovation opportunities to enhance top-line growth, reduce costs, and improve quality and food safety compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers to drive business results.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing technologies, particularly packaging technologies.
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving efficiency through strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is a must.
