Sub Project Lead

At TenneT, we are seeking a highly skilled Sub Project Lead - Secondary Systems to join our team. As a key member of our Large Projects Offshore unit, you will play a crucial role in driving the energy transition by executing complex HVDC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HVDC projects with a focus on integrating Control & Protection and HV SCADA systems into the overall grid infrastructure.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and risk management to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards from design to commissioning.
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress, milestones, and technical challenges.
- Identify and address technical and commercial interfaces to streamline project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring alignment with contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in executing complex HVDC projects, specializing in Secondary Systems, including Control & Protection and HV SCADA.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Fluency in English, valid driving license, GWO, and HUET certifications (or willingness to complete them).
- Ability to manage multiple technical interfaces while ensuring smooth collaboration between internal stakeholders and contractors within a dynamic project environment.
