Job Description

TenneT is a leading European grid operator, committed to providing a secure and reliable supply of electricity 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Offshore Wind Farm to join our team in Arnhem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project scope on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely delivery of required products.
  • Oversee sub-projects and work packages, organizing project teams and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, laws, and organizational regulations.
  • Direct construction sites, focusing on Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), quality, site supervision, and commissioning.
  • Provide project documentation, including quality and risk registers, project reporting, and hand-over data.
  • Align with and manage internal stakeholders regarding time, scope, data, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Wide experience in managing contracts.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and become acquainted with various topics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to organize and schedule activities well.
  • Initiative, persuasiveness, sensitivity, and balanced judgment.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and intrinsically motivated, with a strong team-player attitude.
  • Able to functionally manage, motivate, and give direction to a team of professionals.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Willingness to travel.
