Job Title: Regional Site Manager

As a Regional Site Manager at Ecolab, you will play a critical role in leading our water technology operations in the region. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the management of our on-site customer contract operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple on-site customer contract operations, ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and maintenance requirements.
  • Manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs.
  • Develop and implement detailed project management programs to track site progress on contract requirements and program implementation.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager for customer reporting and meetings, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure capture and collection of required contract data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and proper recording for internal stakeholders and the customer.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in managing/supervising employees, with a strong background in industrial plant settings.
  • Experience in managing diverse site process operations, with a focus on water treatment and management.
  • University degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, with a strong understanding of computer-based controls for industrial applications.
  • Ability to work remotely between multiple sites, manage and supervise a remote team, and prepare internal and external reports.
