About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Decathlon Netherlands. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the business in making informed decisions by providing accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Store Managers and Area Managers to drive business growth
  • Create and implement strategic plans to optimize financial performance
  • Provide regular financial updates and insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
