Job Description
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and find new opportunities to grow our position in Europe
  • Develop and execute account plans to increase business volume by finding sales opportunities for our core (optical) technologies
  • Support marketing activities, including trade fairs and ad campaigns
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years of international B2B business development experience at a high-tech company (experience in optical solutions is a strong plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equal through working experience
  • Demonstrated success in generating new accounts, selling complex technical solutions or projects in a B2B context
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Additional languages like German or French are considered a plus
