About the Team
Within the Engineering division, the Engineering delivery team is responsible for all engineering tasks related to the development of our Radar and/or Mission System products and solutions. This includes concept definition, system design, development, system integration, verification, validation, and qualification. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Work Package Manager to enhance our team.
About Your Future Role
As a Work Package Manager, you will oversee internal teams executing a work package and manage all related activities to ensure the successful completion of the project, addressing its technical, industrial, and financial dimensions while meeting the expectations of the Project Manager and fulfilling customer requirements. Your accountability includes delivering your work package within the established timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within the agreed budget, timeline, and scope.
- Effectively monitor and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
- Guide and support project team members with assigned tasks.
Why You Would Be a Great Fit
You possess proven experience in managing (complex) projects and coordinating various technical activities. As a Work Package Manager, you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with substantial project management experience.

- Exhibit analytical, dynamic, and autonomous qualities.

- Have a solid understanding of subcontract and work package management (IPMA-C or D certification is advantageous).
