As a Machine Learning Engineer in the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the security of our customers and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to identify security problems and opportunities, and develop innovative solutions using machine learning techniques. You will work closely with our internal process owners to design and implement prototypes, and drive the adoption of these solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Identify security problems and opportunities, and determine the security business value of potential solutions.
- Understand and analyze data to create features and develop predictive models using state-of-the-art data science techniques.
- Assess the performance and value of your models, and communicate the results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on security research and innovation.
- Educate stakeholders on data science concepts to enhance cooperation.
You will be part of the Technology & Engineering (T&E) department, which serves as the central hub for security-related advice and services. Our team of 100 employees with diverse backgrounds works in an agile environment, taking on challenges as a team regardless of hierarchy. We are part of CISO, which has over 440 employees working on various aspects of cyber security.
Your ProfileWe are looking for a creative team player with a quantitative MSc, PhD, or similar, and a minimum of three years of experience as a machine learning engineer/data scientist. You should have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, programming languages (Python, SQL), statistics, and data engineering. Experience with databases, containerizing, and cloud tools is a plus. You should also have excellent communication and data visualization skills, as well as consultancy skills to identify and solve real problems.
