Job Title: Regional Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Regional Manager to lead our business expansion in the BENELUX region and across the wider EU. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering our strategic vision for the region, managing and growing our presence, and communicating our unique selling points to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and expansion in the BENELUX region.
  • Manage and grow our presence in the region, including sales, business development, and geographical reach.
  • Communicate our company's value proposition to potential customers, creating business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Achieve budgets, KPIs, and other metrics to support regional growth and operational efficiency.
  • Implement operating models to ensure operational excellence and high-level customer service.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for Profit & Loss and proven financial success.
  • Ability to streamline and implement business processes to enhance regional presence.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operations for maximum efficiency and high-level customer service.
  • Extensive knowledge of operational functions including finance, customer service, logistics, and HR management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English; fluency in French is desirable.

  • Salary up to €68,000 based on experience, plus an 8% holiday allowance paid monthly.
