We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Optimization Director to lead our team in optimizing the user experience and performance of our app on a global scale. This role will require overseeing and implementing strategies to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI, project management, and mobile commerce, with a focus on creating seamless, customer-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute a global strategy for app experience optimization, aligning with company goals to enhance user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure consistent user experience standards are upheld across all regions, while also allowing for localized adjustments to meet specific market needs.
• Lead app optimization projects from planning through execution, coordinating with product, design, tech, and regional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Work closely with local e-commerce and digital teams to understand regional requirements and incorporate them into the global app experience strategy.
• Act as a liaison between global and regional teams, sharing best practices, insights, and innovations to foster a cohesive and efficient approach to app optimization.
• Monitor app performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, UX/UI, or mobile app optimization, ideally in a global role.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and app analytics.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional and international teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices, with a portfolio showcasing successful optimization projects
Estimated Salary:
€80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
