Job Description

As an Application Sales Engineer for the Food and Beverage industry, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the market. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, matching customer needs with the best fitting gas, application, or technology offered by Linde.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the project manager to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food technology or business administration.
  • Proven experience in the B2B food and beverage market, with a strong understanding of the industry's dynamics and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
