Graphic/Digital Design Internship

This internship is exclusively available for students residing in the Netherlands.

Position Overview:

From our European headquarters, we are seeking a Graphic/Digital Design Intern to collaborate with our design team within the Marketing department.

The ideal candidate will be a student with a strong enthusiasm for: crafting their own opportunities, pursuing innovative solutions, and being environmentally conscious. A diverse background and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, creative setting is advantageous.

If you have a specific area of design that excites you, we can explore potential projects that align with your interests (such as photography or illustration).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital assets, including web banners and brand imagery.
  • Manage communication with lifestyle partners and collaborators.
  • Produce print materials, such as postcards, posters, and training resources.
  • Assist our social media team by generating posts and engaging with our audience.
  • Create assets for both internal and external use, such as graphics for presentations and promotional sheets.
  • Provide brand assets and images upon request for our partners.
  • Modify existing artwork for regional purposes.
  • Adapt key visuals for advertisements and various print/digital applications.
  • Design and modify paid and organic social media assets.
  • Oversee asset management and organization within our Digital Asset Management System and online partners.
  • Support additional KEEN and marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program. Must maintain enrollment throughout the internship.
  • Passionate about outdoor activities and/or sports.
  • Familiar with social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills. Proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Possesses a creative mindset.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, self-motivation, and quick learning abilities.
  • Exhibits high levels of organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.

You will be part of an international team that shares a passion for the outdoors and marketing.
