The Role:
As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, representing the voice of Cartier Maison in the French market. You will deliver exceptional customer support through various channels, upholding the quality standards of our Maison Cartier.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Advising customers via phone, email, and social media channels to craft unforgettable moments for their loved ones
- Mastering extensive product knowledge and tools to provide expert advice
- Operating within brand guidelines to uphold the quality we represent
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and language skills
- Ability to work in a complex environment and create positive relationships
- Commercial sense to identify sales opportunities and maintain customer engagement
