Job DescriptionThe Luxury Client Engagement Specialist will play a key role in building relationships with our clients, delivering a personalized and elevated experience that drives commercial success. Reporting to store management, this individual will inspire our clients by conveying passion for the brand, fashion, and luxury products.
This expert in client engagement and service will demonstrate a high level of knowledge in styling and selling, meeting and exceeding individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs. They will be responsible for providing a luxury service, following the client journey to elevate the client experience, and contributing to daily store operations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets, previous experience in clientelling, and a strong interest in fashion, art, and culture. They will possess excellent product knowledge, a good understanding of store retail operations, and be fluent in local language (Dutch) with English proficiency desirable.
Responsibilities- SERVICE AND SALES:
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
- Provide a luxury service and demonstrate knowledge and expertise in product, fashion, and styling
- Foster team work and a positive work climate
- CLIENT ENGAGEMENT:
- Build meaningful relationships with Clients
- Capture new luxury clients to grow the individual and store client book with a commercial objective mindset
- Drive retention of clients ensuring volume and spend by contacting them regularly and ensuring the appropriate follow up on sales or clients requests
- A proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in Clientelling
- A strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Strong product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations
- Fluent in local language (Dutch); English proficiency is desirable
