Senior React Native Software Engineer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Engineer to join our team at Picnic, a revolutionary grocery shopping app. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge technologies and processes to drive our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and intuitive user interfaces.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and optimize workflows, driving innovation and improvement in our development process.
- 3+ years of experience in developing React (Native) applications.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing and a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Experience with Android and/or iOS is a plus.
- A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to transform high-level business requirements into technical plans.
- Experience working in a product-based company and the ability to coach fellow developers using a structured communication style.
- Fluency in English (Dutch not required).
