Senior React Native Software Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Senior React Native Engineer to join our team at Picnic, a leading online supermarket in Europe. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality React Native applications that meet our technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into technical specifications and intuitive user experiences.
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and optimize workflows in the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest React Native trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our development processes and tools.
- 3+ years of experience in developing React (Native) applications.
- Hands-on experience with (unit) testing.
- Experience with Android and/or iOS is a plus.
- A problem-solving mindset and the confidence to transform high-level business requirements into a technical plan.
- Experience working in a product-based company and the ability to coach fellow developers using a structured communication style.
- Fluency in English (Dutch not required).
