Your Challenge
We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Lead with strong skills in SEA and SEO. Your responsibilities will include creating long-term marketing strategies, configuring and optimizing marketing tools, and driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop SEA and SEO strategies to grow both paid and organic traffic while reducing reliance on paid sources.
  • Manage the SEA agency, ensuring alignment with company goals and maximizing campaign performance.
  • Execute technical marketing tasks, including configuring tools for campaign performance tracking and automating email marketing campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize marketing tools to support the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention.
  • Analyze and improve key performance metrics, such as CPA, POAS, ROAS, and CLTV.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce stores and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in developing and managing SEA and SEO strategies.
  • Able to develop long-term marketing strategies that reduce reliance on paid traffic.
  • Strong technical proficiency in setting up and optimizing marketing tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing metrics and ability to drive strategic optimizations.
