About the Role

Kyndryl Consult is seeking a visionary Consult Partner to drive digital transformation, mitigate risks, and achieve operational excellence for our esteemed customers. As a key member of our high-growth Consult business, you will be responsible for guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and creating value for Kyndryl's largest accounts.

This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work with senior leaders, both within Kyndryl and among our esteemed clientele. As a Consult Partner, you will wield immense influence within customer and Kyndryl account teams, forging senior-level relationships and driving value-based outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small teams of practitioners across multiple projects, nurturing leadership skills and propelling career growth within one of the fastest-growing IT consulting businesses globally.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging Kyndryl's global strength and cutting-edge technology capabilities to create a remarkable impact.
  • Develop and position value for Kyndryl's largest accounts and groundbreaking opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Consult service areas, functions, or entities to inspire a positive employee experience and enhanced climate.
About You

We are seeking an exceptional individual with around 15 years of professional experience in IT consulting, program, and/or project management at a senior leadership level. Your expertise should include:

  • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets through a consultative approach.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and triggers within the Manufacturing market.
  • Proficient with technology, demonstrating a high level of tech-savviness.

As this role is dedicated to supporting our esteemed customers in the Netherlands, proficiency in Dutch is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
