Job Title: Middle Market Segment Leader Benelux

Chubb is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Middle Market business in Benelux. As a Middle Market Segment Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive sustainable, profitable growth in this segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define a clear value proposition for the Middle Market and implement a local distribution strategy.
  • Drive strong pipeline management across all lines of business and underwriters, with a focus on renewal strategy.
  • Meet or exceed financial objectives, ensuring adherence to internal profitability criteria and production targets.
  • Develop and engage underwriters to optimize their performance, providing regular coaching and feedback.
  • Build relationships with regional leaders and local teams to secure superior growth while maintaining underwriting discipline.
  • Develop and maintain broker and client relationships, ensuring direct communication with key customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of the Benelux market.
  • Leadership skills, with a drive to achieve superior results and a strategic thinker who can engage people for performance.
  • Positive attitude, results-driven, and willing to make informed decisions and assume responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build solid networks and promote the Chubb brand.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
