- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives;
- Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven individual with great communication and organizational skills;
- You must be a self-starter who is comfortable with autonomy and can work independently;
- Very good English writing and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;

- Established relationships with advertisers and affiliates in the industry.
