Head of Trade Marketing

Pernod Ricard is a leading spirits and wine company that is seeking a skilled professional to join its team as a Head of Trade Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies across all channels in the Netherlands, working closely with the Marketing team to ensure effective communication between sales and marketing departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry. A previous experience in the spirits and hospitality industry is highly desirable. The candidate should be fluent in English and have a good understanding of the Dutch market.

The Head of Trade Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing channel plans in synergy with the marketing plan, in close collaboration with Brand Managers, Field Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers.
  • Defining the entire trade marketing plan together with the team to beat the market and support sell-out, trial, and brand engagement.
  • Ensuring flawless communication between departments and leading transversal meetings to create channel activations and follow-up.
  • Managing and following up on the activity budget for trade marketing activations.
  • Defining KPIs per channel and brand to support the right development of the plans.
