About This Role

As an essential member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offshore facilities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating departmental activities, administration of departmental processes, and issuance of commissioning documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate departmental activities within the Completion scope
  • Administer departmental processes, data bases and tools
  • Issue commissioning documentation
  • Participate in tasks assigned to the Group Ex Manager
  • Review administrative data
  • Schedule and coordinate activities
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced administration experience
  • Initiative and autonomy
  • Organization, planning and prioritization skills
  • Working knowledge of business software, particularly Excel
  • Fluent spoken and written English
