About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at SBM Offshore. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, administering processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate department activities within the completion scope
- Administer department processes, databases, and tools
- Issue project key performance indicators (inspection, document reviews)
- Follow up on key suppliers' audits
- Participate and support tasks assigned to the Group Ex Manager
- Review administrative data from Certificates Review Company
- Schedule, track, and coordinate activities
- Assist and/or delegate from department manager to implement and monitor processes and procedures
- Perform data administration, analysis, and reporting
Requirements
- Advanced administrative experience
- Initiative and autonomy are essential
- Organization, planning, and prioritization skills to coordinate multiple tasks within a global and virtual team
- Good working knowledge of all usual business software and more specifically Excel
- Fluent spoken and written English
