As a key member of the SBM Offshore team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offshore facilities.

Our Profile.

We design, build, install, and operate offshore floating facilities for the offshore energy industry. As a leading technology provider, we put our marine expertise at the service of a responsible energy transition by reducing emissions from fossil fuel production, while developing cleaner solutions for renewable energy sources.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Coordination of department activities within the completion scope
  2. Administration of department processes, data bases, and tools, including but not limited to the preparation and compilation of BN mark-up and issuance of commissioning documentation
  3. Issuance of project key performance indicators (inspection, document reviews)
  4. Follow-up of key suppliers' audits
  5. Participation and support to tasks assigned to the group ex manager, including notably reporting and document review
  6. Review of administrative data from certificates review company
  7. Schedule, track, and coordinate activities
  8. Assist and/or delegate from department manager to implement and monitor processes and procedures, using initiative and personal judgment
  9. Perform data administration, analysis, and reporting

Specific skills / expertise / product

  1. Advanced admin experience
  2. Initiative and autonomy are essential
  3. Organization, planning, and prioritization skills to coordinate multiple tasks within a global and virtual team
  4. Good working knowledge of all usual business software and more specifically Excel
  5. Fluent spoken and written English
