About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Administrator to join our team at SBM Offshore. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities within the Completion scope, administering department processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our offshore facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate department activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Administer department processes, databases, and tools, including preparation and compilation of documentation
  • Issue project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track progress
  • Participate in audits and reviews, and provide support to the Group Ex Manager
  • Review administrative data and perform data analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • Advanced administrative experience and strong organizational skills
  • Initiative and autonomy to work independently and make decisions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
