About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team at SBM Offshore. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in the coordination of departmental activities within the Completion scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate departmental activities within the Completion scope
  • Administer departmental processes, data bases and tools, including the preparation and compilation of BN Mark-up and issuance of Commissioning documentation
  • Issue project Key Performance Indicators (Inspection, document reviews)
  • Follow up of key suppliers' audits
  • Participate and support tasks assigned to the Group Ex Manager, including reporting and document review
  • Review administrative data from Certificates Review Company
  • Schedule, track and coordinate activities
  • Assist and/or delegate from department Manager to implement and monitor processes and procedures, using initiative and personal judgement
  • Perform data administration, analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • Advanced Admin experience
  • Initiative and autonomy are essential
  • Organization, planning and prioritization skills to coordinate multiple tasks within a global and virtual team
  • Good working knowledge of all usual business software and more specifically Excel
  • Fluent spoken and written English
