About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect Risk Management professional at ABN AMRO Bank, you will play a key role in developing and controlling the architecture vision of our organization. You will be responsible for creating compelling stories and architecture diagrams, using architecture models and frameworks, creating and maintaining reference architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's architecture and technology landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of architecture deliverables
  • Coordinate and assertively solve dependencies or complex problems
  • Oversee a complex stakeholder landscape and be seen as a trusted partner

Requirements

  • Demonstrated architecture leadership experience in a complex organization with multiple business and IT lines
  • Ability to communicate with and manage C-Level stakeholders and bring your point across
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence, engage and align people in cross-functional roles at all levels
  • Continuous learner with strong persistence towards completing tasks within timelines

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated capabilities in defining and managing enterprise strategy and architectures
  • 8+ years of strategic consultancy experience within a large, global corporation with multiple business and IT domains
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage)
  • Experience with interpretations of regulations impacting banking and/or the specific architecture area
