Job Title: Regional Head

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Regional Head to lead our business expansion in the EU market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence in the region.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of senior management experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive business growth in the EU market.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with the Group Leadership team to align regional strategies with company-wide goals.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness across the region.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for Profit & Loss and proven financial success.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of operational functions, including finance, customer service, logistics, and HR management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English; fluency in French is desirable.

  • Salary up to €68,000 based on experience, plus an 8% holiday allowance paid monthly.

Founded in 2007, the company has established itself as one of the leading providers of transport survey data across the UK market, and is now looking to expand the business into Europe.

Our AI products are particularly noteworthy, providing advanced data sets for vehicle classification, traffic counts, path tracing, and more. These tools are designed to offer comprehensive, accurate, and actionable insights to improve transportation planning and management.
