Regional Manager - EU Expansion

Intelligent Data Collection is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our EU expansion efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships across the EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy for the EU region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Manage and grow our presence in the BENELUX region, including sales, marketing, and operational activities.
  • Collaborate with our Group Leadership team to align regional goals with our overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure regional growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for Profit & Loss and proven financial success.
  • Ability to streamline and implement business processes to enhance regional presence.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operations for maximum efficiency and high-level customer service.
  • Extensive knowledge of operational functions including finance, customer service, logistics, and HR management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English; fluency in French is desirable.
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to €68,000 based on experience, plus an 8% holiday allowance paid monthly.
  • Company car allowance.

  • Uncapped profit share based on the company's performance in the Netherlands and strategic outcomes.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus national holidays.
