As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for leading the regional financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to monitor regional performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders to provide financial guidance and support, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
- Qualified accountant/MBA with + years of FP&A and business partnering experience ideally in FMCG.
- Progressive finance experience and responsibilities including roles in operating business entities and regional/group finance teams.
- Ability to lead and work in cross-cultural environments, build strong relationships, and impact through influence.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to get beyond the numbers and the process: able to tell a performance story in a compelling, visual, and engaging way that influences business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Finance systems and processes. Experience in Hyperion and systems change/implementation would be an added advantage.
