About Cognizant Enterprise Platform Services

We're hiring top-class Management Consultants in Benelux, Nordics, and Germany, with a strong track record in Finance and/or HR Transformation. You'll be part of our European virtual team, covering key geographies including UK, Germany, Nordics, Benelux, and Central Europe.

As a Strategy Advisor Transformations, you'll contribute significantly to practice development and coach customers and colleagues in their jobs. You'll receive guidance from Senior Advisory leadership and work independently, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Business Transformation: Act as a lead on engagements, leading assessments, meetings, and deliverables. Provide guidance and direction to Advisory team members and deliver trusted business advisor support to clients.
  • Organizational Strategy: Partner with senior executives to understand organizational perspectives and recommend best-fit methods to execute business functional strategies (Finance, HR, IT). Improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities.
  • Strategic Change: Partner with senior executives to define strategy, business initiatives, and organizational changes needed to gain leadership alignment, enable change leadership, promote stakeholder and employee engagement, and enable further organizational change programs and plans.
  • Technology Adoption: Work with clients to understand people issues associated with business application and new technology implementations (AI, Workday, SAP, Oracle). Design deployment strategies to set the stage for successful technology implementations.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to understand client needs, develop proposals, respond to RFPs, assist in writing SOWs, and present at conferences and trade events to market the Cognizant brand.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain offerings, methodologies, tools, and templates to support strategic and implementation engagements from insights gained in prior experiences, researching best practices, and utilizing a continuous feedback loop with clients to ensure deliverables are timely and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years in a Management Consulting team-oriented environment or a comparable internal Advisory role in HR and/or Finance and/or Digital Business Transformation, Data Architecture Consulting, Enterprise Architecture Consulting.
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in business economics, IT, or a relevant field of study.

Location: Germany, Nordics, or Netherlands

Salary: Estimated salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
