As a key member of our GBA-NL department, you will be responsible for the overall execution of studies, anticipating changes to the study plan, and ensuring that deviations are handled correctly according to our quality system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple bioanalytical projects simultaneously, serving as the primary contact person for our clients.
- Develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods for small and large molecules assays, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Oversee budget, regulatory compliance, and timelines for each project, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Train and develop skills of junior scientists, promoting growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Generate research data, report results, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific literature and developments in the field.
- Support hands-on bioanalysis as needed, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise the execution of studies according to GLP/GCP regulations and quality system guidelines.
- PhD degree in bioanalysis, chemistry, biochemistry, or a comparable field, or a master's degree with equivalent laboratory experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in bioanalysis.
- Hands-on experience with executing, developing, and validating LC-MS/MS assays for small and large molecules, preferably in a GLP environment.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and quality guidelines.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Based in the Netherlands, with the ability to work on-site in Groningen.
