Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of € 2,789,- gross per month in the first year, increasing to a maximum of € 3,536,- gross per month in the final (4th) year, based on a full-time appointment. In addition, we offer 8% holiday pay and an 8.3% end-of-year bonus. The conditions of employment comply with the Collective Labour Agreement for Medical Centres (CAO-UMC).
Job Description
We are looking for a qualified candidate with a master's degree in medicine or social sciences (preferably psychology or educational sciences). The ideal candidate will have experience with research methodologies used in social and behavioral sciences, as well as a strong interest in or direct experience with medical education and scientific training. Excellent English communication and collaboration skills are essential, given the international background of our research team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent statistical skills and be familiar with the concepts of professional identity formation. They will also be enthusiastic, curious, analytical, and critical, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
