As a highly skilled New Business Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue in key sectors such as healthcare, nutrition, agriculture, real-estate, and construction.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate high-quality leads through outbound sales activities, leveraging tools like Apollo or other outreach platforms.
- Qualify leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals effectively and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Leverage various tools to optimize sales efforts, including outreach automation, power dialers, and other productivity-enhancing software.
- Analyze client pain points and market trends, providing valuable insights to inform our strategic direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and management, to refine our ICPs, offerings, and messaging.
- Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective client interactions.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of the startup, scale-up, and venture capital ecosystems in the EU and US markets.
- Desirable: experience in software development and IT services, as well as existing contacts in relevant sectors.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools, such as Apollo or Sales Navigator, is a significant advantage.
- Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 OTE (fixed + variable), depending on experience and existing network.
- Uncapped commission potential, providing opportunities for significant earnings growth.
