Job Title: Head of International Sales OEM Imaging Components

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the sales function across the international region (excluding China). The Head of International Sales ensures the right organizational structure and resources are in place to meet sales objectives and is fully accountable for developing and executing sales plans in the assigned territories.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales function in the assigned region to maximize sales, volumes, and revenue, ensuring the right organization and structure are in place to meet objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to achieve sustained sales growth.
  • Define and execute the commercial and distribution strategy in collaboration with marketing and BU management, while managing the distribution and channel mix based on agreed criteria.
  • Create and implement sales plans, including forecasts and AOP, monitoring performance against budget, and taking corrective actions to support overall business goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve predefined sales and profit targets.
  • Contribute to product marketing plans by determining product pricing and sales priorities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing within the framework of the sales plan and policy.
  • Gather and maintain market intelligence to ensure the achievement of targeted market share across all assigned product categories.

  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing global sales strategies and distribution plans to drive profitable growth.
  • You have international experience in managing diverse international markets, considering cultural differences.
  • You have a background in the medical imaging component industry (B-2-B) or related sectors.
  • You have experience leading commercial teams, including KAMs and support functions.
  • You are excellent at negotiations and managing C-level relationships.
  • You have a solid understanding of finance and logistics to support sales.
  • You hold a Master's degree in a technical field, MBA, or equivalent.
