About Us
We're MUD Jeans, a pioneer in the world of sustainable fashion. Our goal is to revolutionize the way jeans are made and consumed. We believe that fashion can be both stylish and sustainable.
With over 12 years of experience, we've become a global leader in sustainability, winning numerous awards. Our Lease a Jeans concept has been groundbreaking, and we're proud to be a B Corp since 2015.
We operate internationally, with a strong online presence and a growing retail network. Our team communicates primarily in English, but we value diversity and inclusivity.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced marketer who shares our passion for sustainability and fashion. You'll be responsible for elevating our brand and creating high-impact marketing campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy to grow our brand presence and awareness in key markets (NL, BE, DE, FR & UK).
- Build partnerships with brands and/or people in our focus markets to support growth and expand our brand awareness.
- Lead the team in making smart, high-impact decisions, ensuring resources, time, and efforts are focused on moments that matter most.
- Own the marketing calendar and set clear goals and priorities, ensuring the team has structure and direction.
- Organize PR events, collection launches, and brand activations that align with our brand identity.
- Create and align marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Leverage your network in fashion/lifestyle (photographers, stylists, media, influencers, etc.).
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize commercial and sustainable impact.
Your Profile
- Higher professional education (HBO) or academic level (WO) of thinking and working.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, PR, and communication within the fashion or lifestyle industry. Experience in denim is a plus.
- You effortlessly combine strategic insight with a creative and hands-on mindset.
- You are driven by our mission and believe in our sustainable impact.
- You have a proven track record in brand development, positioning, and storytelling for a leading brand.
- Strong affinity with digital and social media.
- You are entrepreneurial, independent, and results-driven, ready to make a big impact with a small team.
- Excellent command of Dutch & English, both spoken and written.
- Available full-time (or at least 4 days per week), with hybrid work flexibility.
