Overview of the Role
As a Front Office Intern (f/m/d) at MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a remarkable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming host, creating a memorable experience for our guests.
- Manage the entire check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address guest inquiries both in-person and over the phone, providing insights on local attractions and services.
- Handle various operational and administrative duties, including invoicing, time tracking, and online reputation management.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and the Service Center.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a MBO study program in Hotel Management, Front Office, Hospitality, or Tourism.
- Must hold a valid EU/EEA passport.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 16 weeks.
- Open-minded and adaptable to diverse cultures.
- Proficient in English, with a strong inclination towards hospitality.
