About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at LOGEX Group B.V. As a key member of our Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our software products within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Define, document, and deliver project work within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Coordinate with customers to complete all technical project elements and ensure the successful go-live of our solutions.
  • Technical Configuration: Configure, test, and release our software. Submit customizable mobile apps to the App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android) as part of our service.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring first-time-right products, and providing thorough analysis and support to clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, making them more efficient and automated, with a continuous focus on scalability. Participate in projects to remove inefficiencies and build scalable solutions.
  • Service Scope: Guard the scope of services delivered to clients, ensuring alignment with agreements in contracts, Statements of Work, and/or (functional) designs.
  • Project Tracking: Track project progress and document key records in systems like Jira, Atlassian, and NetSuite. Ensure a seamless handover to Support Desk colleagues once apps go live.
  • Clear Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication on the delivery process, both internally and with customers.
About Our Team

You will join a team of 5-6 Consultants and report to a Senior Consultant. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with your multidisciplinary Services team. Our Services teams are integrated within the Customer Office function, which also includes Customer Success and Customer Support. You will work closely with these departments as well.

About You
  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for solving technical dilemmas and addressing client needs.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience as an Implementation Consultant, Technical Project Manager, or Functional Application Manager.
  • Experience in a software development or tech-savvy environment is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Meticulous work style and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong quality mindset and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English both verbal and written.
  • Dutch skills is a big plus.
