About the Role

As a Lead Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 F&O (AX), you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the implementation of D365 solutions for our global clients. You will leverage your expertise in D365 to provide strategic guidance, oversee project delivery in alignment with requirements, timelines and budget, ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the implementation of D365 solutions for global clients
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversee project delivery
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants
  • Drive performance excellence and provide constructive feedback
  • Deliver consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Lead consultant
  • At least 5 to 8 years of ERP consulting experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX preferably
  • Experience of at least six large international end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Experience as a lead consultant on at least two international end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Extensive pre-sales experience
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and great communication skills
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages such as French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus
