DevEx Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled DevEx Coach to join our team at Picnic. As a DevEx Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the developer experience across our organization by optimizing the way of working, tooling, and automations in teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to teams and team leads to leverage DevEx principles and boost team effectiveness and developer satisfaction.
- Act as a DevEx and Agile expert in the team, championing the values and principles throughout the organization, and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Support teams in the adoption of standards and best practices across all aspects of the DevOps and Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the DevEx team to identify areas for process improvement and build strategies to enhance developer productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a performance or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
- Competitive compensation and a pension plan.
