About the Role

We're seeking a skilled DevEx Coach to join our team at Picnic, a rapidly growing online supermarket in Europe. As a DevEx Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the developer experience across our organization by optimizing the way of working, tooling, and automations in teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to teams and team leads to leverage DevEx principles and boost team effectiveness and developer satisfaction.
  • Act as a DevEx and Agile expert, championing the values and principles throughout the organization, and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Support teams in the adoption of standards and best practices across all aspects of the DevOps and Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the DevEx team to identify areas for process improvement and build strategies to enhance developer productivity and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have hands-on engineering experience and at least 3 years of experience working as a performance or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • You're an enthusiast of Agile principles and have strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • You have great English skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You're familiar with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
