About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevEx Coach to join our team at Picnic. As a DevEx Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the developer experience across our organization by optimizing the way of working, tooling, and automations in teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to teams and team leads to leverage DevEx principles and boost team effectiveness and developer satisfaction.
  • Act as a DevEx and Agile expert in the team, championing the values and principles throughout the organization, and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the DevEx team to identify areas for process improvement, build and implement strategies that enhance developer productivity and effectiveness across Picnic.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Hands-on engineering experience, and at least 3 years of experience working as a performance or Agile Coach in a software development environment, preferably within a technology-driven company.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent English skills and communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
