About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Damen Shipyards. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project coordination and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
