Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Damen Shiprepair Rotterdam. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all technical work activities.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and labor laws.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Work Preparator to discuss project scope, technical feasibility, and contract requirements.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, including resource allocation and material procurement.
- Lead the project team, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders, including personnel, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Assist in the development of work plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Minimum MBO (4) level education and relevant technical training.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
